1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL (NO RETURNS & NO EXCHANGES)
- Crimson & Root follows a strict No-Return and No-Exchange policy.
- Once an order has been placed and delivered, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including changes of mind, personal preference, or incorrect product selection by the customer.
- Customers are strongly advised to review all product descriptions, specifications, images, and details carefully prior to completing their purchase on https://www.crimsonandroot.com/.

2. NO REFUNDS POLICY
- All purchases made on https://www.crimsonandroot.com/ are strictly non-refundable.
- We do not issue cash refunds, payment reversals, or store credits under any circumstances once an order has been confirmed.
- Exception for Out-of-Stock Orders: In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill your paid order due to unforeseen stock unavailability or a system error on our end, Crimson & Root will cancel the unfulfilled order and initiate a 100% refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

3. NO ORDER CANCELLATION
- Once an order is placed and confirmed on https://www.crimsonandroot.com/, it is immediately queued for processing and fulfillment.
- Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or recalled by the customer at any stage (either before or after dispatch).

4. QUALITY ASSURANCE & PACKAGING
- Every product undergoes a strict multi-point quality inspection and is securely packed before leaving our facility to ensure it reaches you in optimal condition.
- Crimson & Root is not responsible for minor variations in color or texture resulting from screen display settings, lighting, or natural material characteristics.

5. REFUSAL OF DELIVERY / UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
- If a customer refuses to accept a confirmed prepaid order at the time of delivery, or provides an incorrect/incomplete shipping address or unreachable contact number resulting in the package being returned to origin (RTO), no refund will be issued for the order. Re-shipping the package will require payment of applicable re-shipping charges.
