- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS notification containing your shipment tracking number and courier tracking link.

2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINES
- Standard Domestic Delivery (India): Orders are typically delivered within 4 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination PIN code and regional courier connectivity.
- Metro & Tier-1 Cities: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
- Rest of India & Remote Locations: 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.

3. SHIPPING CHARGES
- Applicable shipping rates are calculated automatically and displayed clearly on the checkout page before you complete your payment.
- Any active free-shipping promotions or minimum order thresholds will be automatically applied at checkout.

4. DELIVERY DELAYS & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
- While we partner with reputed national logistics providers to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, regional disruptions, or peak festive volume may occasionally cause slight delays.
- Please ensure that your complete street address, landmark, PIN code, and active phone number are entered accurately at checkout. If a shipment is returned to origin (RTO) due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional re-shipping charges may apply.
